Medical Society Healthcare Trust

The Medical Society Healthcare Trust (MSHT) is an Association Health Plan option available exclusively to medical practices in Arizona. In order to participate in the Medical Society Healthcare Trust (MSHT), the employer must be a member of the National Medical Health Collaborative (NMHC) and meet the membership requirements within the Arizona Medical Association (ArMA). NMHC membership is complimentary and the ArMA annual membership dues are based on the number of full-time employees at the employer group as well as employing the following on staff: MD, DO, PA, DDS, DMD and/or PharmD.

Dental through BlueCross BlueShield of Arizona

Vision through VSP

Life and AD&D through Equitable

Consolidated billing is provided by Vimly Benefit Solutions, Inc., a third party administrator. COBRA administration is available free of charge for MSHT lines of coverage.
