VMT Carriers are:

• Dental through Delta Dental of Washington
• Vision through VSP
• Life and AD&D through LifeMap Assurance Company

Consolidated billing is provided by Vimly Benefit Solutions, Inc., a third party administrator. COBRA administration is available free of charge for VMT lines of coverage.
