Washington Counties Insurance Fund

The Washington Counties Insurance Fund (WCIF) is a public nonprofit multiple-employer benefit Trust dedicated to providing cost efficient health benefits for employees of counties and other publicly funded entities. 

WCIF Carriers are:

• Medical through Premera Blue Cross, Kaiser Permanente
• Dental through Delta Dental of Washington, Willamette Dental
• Vision through VSP
• Life and Disability through The Standard
• Employee Assistance Program through First Choice Health
• MetLife "Group" worksite plans

Consolidated billing is provided by Vimly Benefit Solutions, Inc., a third party administrator. COBRA administration is available free of charge for WCIF lines of coverage.
